My name is Amir Salihefendic and I am the guy behind Todoist. I started Todoist in begining of 2007 and since then it has grown into one of the popular task managers on the Internet.

The main reason why I created Todoist was to boost my own productivity. Being a computer science student and having 2 part-time jobs put a pressure on my time, so I had to find a good solution to manage and organize my life.

Todoist is dedicated to my now dead father. A lot of the early development was done in the hospital while he took his cancer threatments.
