Capture everything - whether it’s work, personal, or just something you want to remember, put it all in Todoist.
Break everything up into small, actionable tasks so they’re easier to complete.
Prioritize using due dates, priority levels, and labels.
Get to to-do list zero daily. You don’t have to complete everything daily, but take note of what tasks are being postponed.
