Can I share my Pro features with my family or another person?

No. Each Pro subscription is tied to one Todoist account. Family Sharing (Apple) and Family Library (Google Play) aren't supported for Todoist Pro. If you collaborate with someone in a shared project, they need their own subscription to use Pro features.

Can I get a refund?

Yearly plans are refundable within 30 days of purchase or renewal. On Pro, you can request the refund yourself from your subscription settings. On Business, cancel your team first, then get in touch with us to request it. Monthly subscriptions aren't refundable. See Request a refund for the full policy and how to request one.

What is the Pro Legacy plan?

Only a limited number of users are eligible for the Pro Legacy plan. For specific information on what features are included, see Todoist Pro Legacy plan.

Switching plans

How do I upgrade to a paid plan?

Can I switch from Pro to Business?

Yes. If you upgrade from Pro to Business within 30 days of starting Pro, you're eligible for a refund of your Pro payment. After 30 days, any remaining Pro time is converted into account credit for future Pro renewals.

Can I move from Business back to Pro or Beginner?

Yes. See Move from Business to Pro or Beginner for the steps.

How do I cancel?

See Cancel a Todoist subscription. You can cancel anytime and keep using your paid features until your current billing period ends.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

You don‘t lose any data. Projects above the new plan’s limit become view-only until you either upgrade again or archive or delete some. See What happens when I downgrade my plan? for the full breakdown.
