Seamlessly integrate tasks and notes with Todoist + Capacities

Jak nainstalovat integraci Capacities

  1. Open Capacities.

  2. Click on the ⚙️ Settings icon.

  3. Choose Task Actions under the ‘Features’ section (paid plans only).

  4. Click Add Connection and choose Todoist.

  5. Follow the instructions from the popup window.

  6. Go back to the task action settings and click Add Task Action.

  7. Select Todoist from the list.

  8. Define the settings you’d like:

    1. You can select a specific project in Todoist to send tasks to from Capacities.

    2. You can also choose which labels should be added (must match labels in Todoist).

    3. You can choose to delete the task in Capacities once you have written it down (delete block) or mark it as done (strikethrough).

  9. Then, the installation and setup are complete.
