Sign in or sign up for a CaptureMyMeeting account.
After signing in, click Integrate Todoist on the left side panel on the homepage, and follow the instructions to complete the integration process.
Once the integration is complete, you can manually upload your meeting recording file to CaptureMyMeeting.
Shortly afterward, CaptureMyMeeting will automatically create tasks in your Todoist's Inbox for all action items detected from your recording.
To skip the step of manually uploading your meeting recording file, you can also integrate CaptureMyMeeting with Zoom or Webex. Click Integrate Zoom and Integrate Webex on the left side panel on the homepage, and follow the instructions to complete the integration process.
Once your Zoom and/or Webex integration completes, any meeting recording that you record to the cloud with those meeting applications will be automatically imported and processed by CaptureMyMeeting going forward, and you can view the detected action items as tasks in your Todoist inbox shortly afterward.
