- Deadlines to keep track of key dates so nothing slips through the cracks.
We’re also working on features such as Ramble, which lets you capture tasks using your voice, and continuing to explore new ways to help automate your daily work.
This price update helps us keep investing in Todoist sustainably while delivering a reliable and secure experience.
When the new pricing takes effect
The new pricing will apply automatically on your next renewal date on or after December 10, 2025.
- If you’re billed monthly, you’ll see the new rate on your first invoice on or after this date.
- If you’re billed yearly, you’ll renew at the updated price by the end of your billing cycle on or after this date.

Google Play Store: Subscriptions managed via Google Play will automatically renew at the new price on your next renewal date on or after December 10, 2025, similar to subscriptions billed directly through Todoist.

No. That price is an automatic conversion of the USD Pro price, not the localized price for India. The localized yearly price in India is ₹3,165.
To switch to the localized price:
- Cancel your Pro subscription in Google Play before it renews.
- When your Pro plan ends and your account moves to the Beginner plan, subscribe to Pro again in Google Play. You’ll see the localized price of ₹3,165 per year.
This price update applies to our standard Pro plan. You’re on the Pro Legacy plan if:
- You’ve been continuously subscribed to the Pro plan since before June 2022.
- Or, you subscribed to the Pro plan via the App Store, regardless of your original subscription date or price.
