Todoist Business Plan: Pricing Update


We understand that pricing is an important consideration for your team. To be transparent, we want to let you know that we’re updating the price of the Todoist Business plan. 

The price update will directly support our continued investment in the powerful team features you rely on, as well as the development of new ones to help your team collaborate and stay productive.

Starting December 10, 2025, the Todoist Business plan will cost:

Updating our pricing allows us to keep improving Todoist and ensure it remains a reliable, secure, and productive platform for your team.

When this change takes effect

The new pricing will apply automatically on your next renewal date on or after December 10, 2025.

  • If your team is on a monthly plan, you'll see the new rate on your first invoice on or after this date.
  • If your team is on a yearly plan, your subscription will renew at the new price at the end of your current billing cycle (if it ends on or after this date).

You can find your specific renewal date in your Subscription settings.

FAQ

Yes, the new price will automatically apply to your next renewal on or after December 10, 2025. No action is needed on your part unless you wish to change your plan or billing cycle.

Changes to your team size are handled as follows:

  • Members added before December 10, 2025: If you add new members before this date, you'll be charged for them at your current (old) rate
  • Members added on or after December 10, 2025: If you add a new member on or after this date, they will be charged at the new rate ($10 USD/month or $8 USD/user/year). This charge will be prorated.

Note for yearly plans: When you add new members mid-cycle, you’ll receive a prorated invoice on the purchase date of the following month. This single invoice will include the amount due for each new member for the remainder of your yearly subscription.

Here’s an example:

  • Your yearly subscription started on November 15, 2026. (Original purchase date is the 15th).
  • You add a new member on January 20, 2026.
  • On February 15, 2026, you will receive one prorated invoice. This invoice charges you for the new member from February 15, 2026, until your plan renews on January 15, 2027.

On your main renewal date, your invoice will reflect the new, total number of members for the full upcoming year.

The Pro plan is designed for individuals so it’s not possible to move your team to the Pro plan.

However, if you are the only member in the workspace and want to move your own individual account to the Pro plan, you can do so by following the steps to cancel your Business plan before changing subscription to the Pro plan..

Todoist supports billing in several currencies. The pricing effective December 10, 2025, for the Business plan in supported currencies is as follows:

Any existing account credits will be automatically applied to your future invoices, including your first invoice with the new pricing, until the credit balance is used up.
