Adjusting prices helps us do that sustainably, so we can keep shipping meaningful improvements without compromising on quality or reliability.
We truly appreciate everyone who’s supported Todoist over the years. Our goal with this update is to be open about what’s changing, why we made this decision, and what it means for your specific plan.
The new pricing takes effect on your next renewal date on or after December 10, 2025.

What's changing
Starting December 10, 2025, pricing for the following plans will be updated:
Todoist Pro
- Monthly: $5 USD → $7 USD per month
- Yearly: $4 USD → $5 USD per month ($48 → $60 per year)
Todoist Business
- Monthly: $8 USD → $10 USD per user/month
- Yearly: $6 USD → $8 USD per user/month ($72 → $96 per user/year)

In some cases, users who are eligible for the Pro Legacy plan may have received a pricing update email that doesn’t reflect their current subscription. If you’ve been a long-time subscriber and believe this applies to you, please get in touch with us so we can review your account details.
Pricing updates vary by region, currency, and billing platform. In most cases, localized pricing continues to apply where it was previously offered. As localized pricing is introduced gradually, prices in some regions may differ from the global rates.

We got in touch with hundreds of active users to learn how Todoist helps them stay organized and focused, and we used their feedback to ensure our pricing continues to reflect the real value people experience with a product they love.
The pricing updates aren’t tied to any single feature or technology. They reflect broader improvements across Todoist and ensure we can continue investing in all areas of the product, from stability and integrations to collaboration features and usability.
