Why the price changed
Investing in Todoist allows us to continuously improve the product and develop new, powerful features. Over the past few years, we've focused on adding new ways to help you plan and prioritize, such as:
- Calendar layouts to plan tasks over time.
- Deadlines to keep track of key dates so nothing slips through the cracks.
We’re also working on features such as Ramble, which lets you capture tasks using your voice, and continuing to explore new ways to help automate your daily work.
This price update helps us keep investing in Todoist sustainably while delivering a reliable and secure experience.
When the new pricing takes effect
The new pricing will apply automatically on your next renewal date on or after December 10, 2025.
- If you're billed monthly, you'll see the new rate on your first invoice on or after this date.
- If you're billed yearly, you'll renew at the updated price by the end of your billing cycle on or after this date.

Yes. The new price will automatically apply to your next renewal on or after December 10, 2025, unless canceled.
How this price change affects you depends on which store you subscribed through:
Google Play Store: Subscriptions managed via Google Play will automatically renew at the new price on your next renewal date on or after December 10, 2025, similar to subscriptions billed directly through Todoist.
App Store: Due to App Store policies, your subscription price will not automatically increase. You will remain on what will be called the "Pro Legacy plan" at your current price. You can find more details here.
This price update applies to our standard Pro plan. You are on the Pro Legacy plan if:
- You have been continuously subscribed to the Pro plan since before June 2022.
- Or, you subscribed to the Pro plan via the App Store, regardless of your original subscription date or price.
