How to set it up:
- Head to Settings โ Calendars.
- Click Connect Outlook Calendar and follow the prompts.
- Once connected, your calendar events will appear in Today and Upcoming within seconds.
- Optional: Enable Sync tasks to calendar to see your scheduled Todoist tasks in Outlook too.
Once connected, youโll see your meetings, appointments, and that dentist visit you keep forgetting about right alongside your tasks in the Today and Upcoming views. And if youโre on a paid plan, the calendar layout becomes even more powerful โ you can visualize everything together and actually time-block like a pro.
Time-blocking made simple
Hereโs where it gets even better: you can reschedule tasks directly from Outlook Calendar. Drag that โReview Q3 budgetโ task to a different time slot, and it updates in Todoist automatically. Less app-switching, more getting things done.

For now, you can connect either Outlook or Google Calendar (not both simultaneously). As a workaround, you can subscribe to other calendars using their iCal format to display their events in your connected calendar.
